Space

Our Magnolia Room can accommodate groups of up to 50 people in a private room setting.  The Magnolia Room is adjacent to the patio and overlooks the bricks of Market Street.  The window fully retracts letting in the breeze and cool air during the summer and fall and remains closed and heated in the cooler months.  No need to worry about sound… this is the original construction and the wall separating the patio and the Magnolia Room is 3 feet thick with brick. Surprisingly sound proof!

Sound

The Magnolia Room, Patio and Bar each have their own separate satellite music.  Feel free to change the channel from classical and elegant to rock or country or anything inbetween.

Wireless

We provide free wireless to all guests of Magnolias.  Our wireless can accommodate multiple access.  Just ask the manager or staff for the password.

A/V

For $50 (for up to 3 hours) you can rent our LCD projector and Screen.  No need to lug the equipment or rent it from others.

Parking

Free parking on the street after 6 pm and within walking distance to two city garages.

Accessible

We are within minutes of I-240 within walking distance to several area hotels and in downtown close to many shops, galleries and attractions.
